It was a really lovely experience : strategic location & helpful staff. Kenny made everything for all of us. Got shared bathroom with a bidet. Food for breakfast was good.

Exceptionally good view over the city, non-smoking rooms, very responsive staff. I was close enough to the twin towers, the lobby and the street thanks to its marvellous location. Chilled out in Trattoria, located right by the venue. Easy check-in. Excellent service in general.

5 mins by foot from petrosains science discovery centre. you can enjoy your meal at beta kl, only 5 minutes walk away. could walk to klcc subway station in 10 minutes.
